I  In accordance with agreement, dated Waco Texas. March. 3. 1868. made in compliance with instructions from the Commissioner. of Bureau Refugees Freedmen and Abandoned Lands. dated Washington. January. 21. 1868; the sum of three thousand dollars having been paid to the Disbursing Officer, of the Bureau, "all claims on the part of the U.S. Government, on the Waco Manufacturing Company" are hereby released,
 
II  Rev Joseph Welch. Superintendent of Education,
Bureau of Refugees. Freedmen. and Abandoned Lands, State of Texas, will proceed to Galveston, Texas. on business connected with ate School department; upon the completion of which the will return to his station.

The Quartermaster's Department will furnish the necessary transportation,

II.  The Quartermaster's Department will furnish. Mr Alex Ferguson. Sub. Assistant. Commissioner, Bureau of Refugees Freedmen and Abandoned Lands at. Nacogdoches, Texas, transportation from. Rusk, Cherokee County to Galveston. Texas.- the place of his entry into service.
