Murder.
Sam, Tullis (F.M.C.) for murder on the 22nd March 1866., of Richard (F.M.C.), found guilty of Murder in the second degree and sentenced to five years in the penitentiary.

Cardwell, Jackson (F.M.C.) for murder, on 20th of August 1866 of Abrahams Mill, (F.M.C.). Verdict not guilty. Sufficient evidence not being produced to convict him.

Assault with intent to kill,
Munday, Rogers (F.M.C.) aggrivated assault on Amos, Blow (F.M.C.) March 19th 1866 Verdict guilty, fined one hundred and fifty ($150.) Dollars.

C.C. Millican (white) aggrivated assault on Adelaide Spencer (F.W.C.) July 20th 1865 Verdict guilty, fined one hundred ($100) Dollars,
