The result of my experience is averse to including women - especially mothers of familys in the contract for a seasons work in the field - They can seldom comply with the terms and I do not think any one can properly judge as to their ability to do so - I have invariably declined to interfere where complaints has been made in such cases.

There are no cases of outrages to report or complaints of the civil law as enforced-
 
There are no changes to report regarding schools - as before, I cannot give a satisfactory report for reasons previously given-

I have again to report that my duties require the services of a clerk and I can get none from the enlisted men of this Post- The requisite records, papers &c are not properly kept in consequence-
