Dear Sir I have the honor hereby to submit the following report of official procedure for the month of June 1867.

Cause of Dick Chriswell, Anson Chriswell, Norman Chriswell & other freedmen v.s.  Thomas Chriswell and J. H. Peters for nonpayment of balance of wages due on a pact of services rendered in 1866 amounting to $164, ordered paid mutually by defendants which they have failed to do.  The crops of said year having been disposed of and out of the reach of the S. A. Commissioner, his further action in the premises is respectfully to Hd Quarters for instructions how to make the money

Cause of Nathan David 
Freedman v.s. Levy Zeller, services rendered in 1866 rebutted by April duly sworn to referred indefinatly  to enable plaintiff to procure testimony to set aside said certified upon it appearing extravagantly and vaguely made out and impart.
