Dear Sirs:-
Upon receipt hereof, will you kindly ship by express to Mr. Watson M. Freer, #44 Ferry Ave. Detroit, Mich. One ten pound (10lb) tub of your Lotus Brand of fresh dairy butter same as last furnished.

I enclose Mr. Freer's check, for $2.70 in payment for a some of 27¢ per pound, fined monthly
