Gentlemen, 

I accept your proposition of November 10th 1896 to furnish sweeet those double face opaque mounted on Hartshorn spring fixture [[illegible]] for $14.00. Shades to be made of material shown in your sample book as number 26V/95, with the dark side towards the street. The price [[illegible]] to cover all charges for material and labor, includ-ing of the same in my house ready for use and in perfect condition. 
Finally, place these shades in #306 Kirby Avenue, west, on Wednesday next, November 18th.
