Gentlemen:-
Upon receipt hereof will you kindly ship by express to Mr. C. L. Freer, No. 33 Ferry Avenue, Detroit, Mich., one twenty pound tub of your "Lotus Brand" of fresh dairy butter, same as last furnished. I enclose Mr. Freer's check for $5.00 in payment for same at 25¢ per pound. Kindly receipt and return the accompanying voucher.
