No there are no question marks after White Colored Male and Female, the sentence in brackets says "will equal" not must equal, it is sixteen years not 16 years, no hyphen in Sabbath School, it is Number spell and read not who spell, and read, Pupils is not written with an upper case in the Sabbath School section - so to me this looks not correct
