No Court being held, he had to await his trial until the fourth Monday in March 1868. Defendant gave Bonds in the sum of $300.00 to appear at the first District Court to be held in Brazos County |

Facts established by two witnesses. Case sent to the Criminal Court of Galveston County for trial. |
