C. in the employ of one Mosely living near Nacogdoches. while on the evening of the 16. when engaged carrying wood into his house, he was fired upon by some person, but it being too dark he could not see the party that fired, the load took effect in his right side and carried away the muscle of his arm above the elbow. |
