The 2 white men were found murdered in the morning. Charlie Thompson sent to the penitentiary for 99 years. Thos Ake sentenced to 20 years in Penitentiary appealed to Supreme Court. David William since dead. Elijah Oats senttenced to Penitentiary 20 years, new trial granted. |
