Milligan while intoxicated without any known provocation took a plank & commenced breaking the windows in Reed's Grocery, saying at the same time, "Perhaps you don't like this." Whereupon Reed immediately took a revolver & shoot Milligan twice. Milligan has since died of the wounds. Reed was released by the Justice, upon preliminary examination subject to indictment by District Court. | | March 13. | White Peter Coleman | White Peter Milstead | Manslaughter.
