The disposition of the Whites towards the Blacks in this Section, never has shewn nor displayed itself more plainly, than at the sitting of this last Court - I have invariably heretofore in my monthly reports, reported the "feeling and disposition of the Whites towards the Blacks" [[strikethrough]] w [[/strikethrough]] as good, as expressed by words, but as to actions I have the honor to differ and state, that their actions this month do not in any wise sustain their great professions of friendship & good feeling towards the Blacks.
