Corn. Cotton Oats and Sorghum. Freedmen generaly get one third or one fourth of the crop.

"Include in your report the operation of the State laws as applied to freedpeople, with special reference to the Apprentice Law, Vagrant Law, and Law regulating labor."

Under the provisions of civil rights bill freed children are apprenticed same as white aggreeable to State Laws.

"Report the difficulties you labor under in the performance of your duties, and how the same may be remedied."
