Know all men by these Presents:
That Della. H. Raney Major, A. N. C.
in accordance with the Constitution of the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States, has been elected to date from the first day of January. A. D. 1951 an Active Member of the Association and is entitled to all the privileges and benefits thereof.

Given under our hands and the seal of the Association at Washington, District of Columbia, on the thirtieth day of January, 1952.
