The ASSOCIATION of Military Surgeons [[image]] OF THE UNITED STATES ORGANIZED, 1891, INCORPORATED BY CONGRESS, 1903. Know all men by these Presents: That Della. H. Raney Major, A. N. C. in accordance with the Constitution of the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States, has been elected to date from the first day of January. A. D. 1951 an Active Member of the Association and is entitled to all the privileges and benefits thereof.
