Staupers, executive secretary of the National Association of Colored Graduate Nurses and former public health executive, is well known whenever social problems are considered. 3. Rita. E. Miller is chairman of the Division of Nursing, Dillard University. She has had experience in public health and institutional nursing, and holds an M.A. degree 4. Ensign Edith Mazie De Voe was the second Negro to become a member of the Navy Nurse Corps. 5. Dorothy Doyle is serving with UNRRA in China.
