Alger, 915 Union Trust Building, Detroit, Michigan. My dear sir: Your letter of March 10, relative to the proposed action on the part of the Biele Company of sending two men to Washington to replace breakage and look into other matters regarding the new cases, has just been received. It will give me much pleasure to afford these representatives every facility for carrying out the object of their visit, and to report to you the result of the same when they have finished.
