Dear Sir:
On September 22nd last, at the request of Mr. Charles L. Freer, I sent you a draft on the International Banking Corporation, Yokohama, to your order for Yen 900., in settlement of your invoice, dated September 4, 1910, against Mr. Charles L. Freer, and I am writing you this letter to inquire if you recieved this draft as I have recieved no acknowledgement of it.
