Dear Kingsley:

Your letter just received. I am leaving to-night for New York to be absent until about the 9th inst., after which time I shall be very pleased to see Mr. Warner and will do all that I can to aid him in the matter. Sorry I have not time to write you more fully to-day. Will do so after my return.

Yours very truly,
C.L. Freer

Mr. Elbridge Kingsley,
Hadley, Mass.
