Mr. D. C. McMillan,
Room 52, 150 Nassau St., New York.

Dear Sir:

In further reply to your letter of 14th inst., the directors of the Rogers Typographic Co. met yesterday and your proposition was discussed. For the present at least the company does not see its way clear to furnish machines on the terms you offer.

Regretting that we cannot meet your views, I remain,

Yours very truly,
C. L. Freer
