Mr. Clarence H. Wildes,
34 & 36 Wall St., New York.

Dear Sir:

Your favor of 3rd inst. is received and fully noted. I have no desire to dispose of any of my holdings in the Michigan Peninsular Co. Neither would I care to exchange one class of shares for another. What I have said concerning my own holdings applies with equal force to my associates, so I guess the only way the doctor can supply his missing 1100 shares of preferred will be to purchase it from time to time as small holdings are offered in the market.

Yours very truly,
C. L. Freer
