Dear Mr. Eyre:

My brother Will is anxious to begin excavating for his house the earliest day possible. His object is to use his own teams and men during the present slack time. Will you kindly send him direct at your earliest convenience ground plan sketch — something to guide him in excavating. Mark thereon actual dimensions including depth so as to avoid error on his part.
