WINDOWS. Gould and Tremmel cellar and basement windows to be specified.

INSIDE SASH BEADS. To be of white pine.

SKIRTING. In all rooms to be 12", of white pine.

HOROES. To main stairways to be of yellow pine instead of spruce.

NEWEL POSTS. Specify kind of material to be used for newel posts.

WAINSCOTING. Of bath room to be of clear white pine.

PANTRY SINK. To have white pine top.

SHINGLES. To be sawed instead of split. Should they be all 6” or random widths?

DRAIN. Outside cellar wall to be 100 feet away.

HEATER. How about heater? Will No. 24 Kelsey give sufficient heat?

CEILING IN [[?]]. To be made of Oregon fir.

[[?]] FOR FLOORING OF ICE HOUSE. To be of yellow pine.

ICE HOUSE. To have two courses of P. & E. Giant paper saturated instead of one. To be furnished by owner.

[[?]]. To be used between top and bottom floor of parlor, to be furnished by owner.

HARDWARE. To be furnished by owner and applied by contractor. 

BEVELED [[?]]. To be furnished by owner, ½" for exterior of building and applied by contractor.

COLORS. I think the colors suggested by you all right, that is, No. 217 for side walls and 233 for roof.
