[[?]] [[?]] 1894

Dear Mr. Hopkins:

[[?]] favor with proof Mr. S [[?]] was duly received. The [[?]] Swift and others interested [[?]] all delighted with the results of your careful and thorough work. I return herein the proof and have no suggestions to make. It seems very much better than we had deemed possible.

As to the text, Mr. Swift says that he is aware of several repetitions but fears no further change can be made without treading upon somebody’s toes.

When the [[?]] delivered, please send to me by express [[?]]

Yours truly,
Charles L Freer

Mr. Hopkins,
Theo L. Le Vinn[[?]],
