Mr. D.J. Flanders,
G.P.A., Boston & Maine R.R. Co.,
Boston, Mass.

Dear Sir:

In a recent trip from Windsor, Vt., to Boston, Mass., the agent at Windsor sold me a ticket via your line to Bellows Falls and via the Fitchburg R.R. from Bellows Falls to Boston. I used the ticket as far as Keene, N.H., it being unlimited, and then drove fourteen miles to Dublin where I visited friends. On leaving Dublin I found it was much more convenient to go to Boston via Harrisville, as by so doing I would have a drive of only three miles. Consequently I purchased a ticket from Harrisville to Boston, and have still unused my original ticket from Keene to Boston, which I herewith return to you. If consistent with your rules, will you kindly remit to me the proportionate value of the unused coupon, and oblige.

Yours truly,
Charles L. Freer
