Oct. 13/96.

Mr. W.M. Wilson,
909 Havemeyer Building,
New York.

My dear Wilson:

On my return home this morning I found your letter of Oct. 6 containing a copy of the correspondence had between Mr. Casanave and yourself in reference to blue prints of the steel cars. Inasmuch as Mr. Rapley will doubtless finish the corrected design within a week or ten days, I think it would be much wiser to wait until then to send prints to Mr. Casanave.

I reached home this morning pretty well but my last three or four days in New York were far from comfortable owing to a sudden illness of which I had no opportunity to tell you. However, I think I shall be all right again in a day or two.

With personal regards, I remain,

Yours very truly,
Charles L. Freer
