My dear Sir:

My brother, George T. Freer of Kingston, Ulster Co., N.Y., is attending to the business end of building my sister’s house for which you made plans. Will you therefore kindly send to him all working details as rapidly as they are completed.

He advises me to-day that the carpenter work has been given to [[?]]ederick & Longyear of Kingston for $3,775.00, that the mason work was awarded to Campbell & Dempsy, $1,150.00, and that the plumbing, heating, and painting have not yet been awarded.

Yours truly,
Charles L. Freer
