Rent 1/2 of the Cotton produced. Benson has sent all the Cotton to a neighbour's Gin, Beau has sequestrated it, and he Johnson has placed a guard over and seized the Cotton for the Freedmen's wages which will take all. Asks approval of his Acts, |
