She is in a very bad state, suffering from a tumor in right eye, has no relatives and has been supported by a poor col'd couble for the last year, Also a lunatic woman who should be sent to an asylum, has no relatives, the County authorities have done nothing so far

F H Neill Shf of that County said he was not informed of the murder till the 15th of March. 40 armed Freedmen arose & demanded the arrest of Hardens the murderer; Sheriff Neill arrested them by released them in the evening. |
