F.&AM. also communication of 1st inst. with endorsement thereon, and gives explanations &c States that the proposition of Mr Wrigley is that the Lodge will lease a building known as the "Loving's House," and makes propositions submitted for approval_ to the Lodge and Freedmen. To the Lodge "That in consideration of the repairs required on the Building, the Bureau would pay $5 (interest of $10) per month rent for a lease of said "Lovings House" for 1 yr. with the privilege of 3 years_ To the Freedmen "If they will raise $100. to be used on the repairs of this building the bureau will appropriate (in the event the Lodge accepts the Offer of $5 int. of $10. per month rent) one hundred dollars to be used in repairing this building_ and will pay also the monthly rent of this building_ and further the Freedmen to have exclusive use of the building on every Sunday for Sunday School and Divine purposes. | | April 25" | Morrison Jno.
