April 5th 1867  Reports case of Louise Anderson (fm) VS H Williams who with a loaded gun in his hand had at 10 Oclock Pm taken Louise out the House she was staying in & threatened to shoot her if she came back to the house. Thus compelling her to remain out of doors all night with but little clothing on her. Compelled Williams to settle with her & fined him $25. |
