10. Remarks. 
There are three schools in Muscogee Co. taught by colored men that may have 50 children in them. One of them opened with 25 pupils, but is now closed on acct. of sickness of Teacher One other closed before election for prudential reasons & has not opened since - The ward has not been heard from during this month A white man who opened a school here was driven out of the place in October.
