General, With reference to your letter of the 2nd instant, for revocation of the order detailing Lieutenant Henry, 14th Veteran Reserve Corps, an officer of your Staff for duty in the Freedmens Bureau, I have the honor to inform you that your request is approved, and that this will be authority for the retention in Staff duty, he being relieved from compliance with the Special Order mentioned I am General Very Respectfully Your Obedient Servant (Sgd) Thomas M.
