P S Mr F. W Jett, who carried my former applications to you in person, told me that he stated to you the condition of the Mill & the nature of the improvements put upon in, &, for that reason, I have omitted any general description of the improvements, thinking that perhaps you could call to mind the conversation had with him on the subject. At any rate I suppose Capt Wilder has informed you in regard to that.
