Dear Sir.
If Women who have Children on their hands will move to some locality where there is a reasonable prospect that they will become self supporting. but where there is not positive proof of the fact will Govt. furnish transportation? I ask this question because several of those supported by Govt at present, propose going away with their Children the coming month. They are no better able to go than hundreds of others. If Govt will do this I suggest this course. to all strong and healthy women now drawing Rations either for themselves or Children give them on their next application for a Rations ticket one for two weeks instead of a month as before. and let tell them that this is the last they will receive.
