I have the honor to enclose orders for transportation No. 492, 493, 494, 495, also approved order No. 110, to cover your request dated April 4th -

Please acknowledge receipt - The Asst Comr desires to know in what manner the government will be relieved from the Support of Thomas Dillon, aged 3 years, and William Dillon, aged 5 years, for whom you request transportation to Charlottsville, Va. in the above mentioned communication.
