Sir –
In compliance with Circular No. 15 dated Hd Qrs Asst Comr State of Va, April 6th 1866 I have to report that the questions therein contained have been submitted to the clerk of the County Council for this Co. but that at the present time he is unable to answer those questions, not having sufficient data.

The County Commissioner for this Co. intends to complete his books by the sitting of the June Court, – these books will contain the information necessary, and at which time the Clerk will make answer to the proposed questions.
