Sir,
I have the honor to enclose orders for transportation [[strikethrough]] orders [[/strikethrough]] Nos 573, 574 and 575, as requested in your communication dated May 1st - we have been waiting for approved orders for transportation from Washington, they have not arrived, and the transportation to Washington D.C & New Berne N.C, requested May 1st cannot be furnished in consequece.
