General:
I have the honor to make application with affidavit, etc, for the retained bounty of John Polson forwd, and 
re-application for the ret. bounty of John Washington retd, who says he can bring his whole company, if necessary, to identify him as the man, and to prove his just claim to the $100. He tells a straight forward story, and appears to have $100. due him somewhere.
