I have the honor to return herewith the application for retained bounty of Lambert Fault, called in former letter "Lamb Folk."

His orderly Serg't reports that he went by both names, but does not know by which he was mustered.

His widow, Edy Fault, applies, and I send as requested, official copy of Proof of Cohabitation.
