your letter of the 27 Inst is recd. I informed a Georgeana Artis that I could not find the paper alluded too. I made a search for her careful. Have made another attempt to answer your Communication. 
I will however still further search and if I have it I dont want it and will with pleasure send it to you_
My impression is that I have given it back to her and so told her. I have never lost a paper and that this should not be found I can only account for it that my impression is right that I gave it back to her.
