Jackson Tolliver (Col'd) vs. Buck Cook (Col'd)
Action for the recovery of private property

It appearing that the defendent had paid for transportation of the property claimed.  The court unanimously decided that the plaintiff pay the defendent the expenses incurred and the defendent deliver the property when called for.

E.T. Wynn (White) vs. Fill Travers (Col'd)
Action for recovery of note due

It appearing that part of the property for which the note had been given had been returned to Plaintiff.  The Court unanimously decided that the defendent pay the amount of the note less the value of the property returned. 

Richard Hamilton (Col'd) vs. William Charric (Col'd)
Action for non payment of money due

It appearing that the nonpayment was on account of not having the means.  The Court unanimously decided that the defendent be allowed thirty days for said payment.
