Murphy [[strikethrough]] Liut [[/strikethrough]] & Asst Supt dated Drummondtown Va Nov 26 /66 who reports the breaking open of two houses of freedmen and the taking of all fire-arms that could be found One of the shots fired at a freedman took effect on one of the gang of whites who, it is stated, has died from it. Asks for a horse so that he can stop these outrages.
