a matter of accommodation to know what my rights are in relation to the subject, and whether the last dispatch referred to is intended to change or in any way affect the order of the 18th I take the liberty to write you this note.

I presume no arrangement mutually agreeable to the Tenant and myself, can be made; I wish to occupy the house, and the Tenant no doubt wishes to continue to the end of the lease, which your order of the 18th, for reasons therein mentioned, declares to be illegal & void
