that the rights granted them by the government, will be maintained by this court, and have entered cheerfully into agreements for the next year, and are working with spirit.  The prosperity of the farmers, depends on the good conduct of the operatives, consequently they will be greatly benefited by the action of this court. Whether it is necessary, to have an armed police or not, admits of some doubt. I am inclined to the affirmative of the question.
