Dear Sir
I regret to have to trouble you again about our Engine, Mill, &c; but having a few days since received a letter from Mr Bell, saying he had heard no more in relation to [[strikethrough]] there [[/strikethrough]] their return, I feel [[compelled?]] to apply to you again for information on the subject.

The people of a large district of country outside of Mathews County are dependent upon our Mill for Lumber, & Bread, & I do not know
