I have the honor to request permission to sell the buildings at Poplar Grove Camp, which we are now breaking up; being no longer needed by the Bureau, and as a U.S. Cemetery is to be located on the ground, they will have to be removed. The Camp consists of "Huts" built by the soldiers and improved by us
