Respectfully returned - the Saving to Govmt by the issue of the Soup ration is not less than Four hundred Dollars per Month - The reason of non-rental of the hall for evenings could scarce be from the "Offensive Odor" as the cooking & issuing is closed by 2 P.M. and the boilers and place then cleansed.
