States that Capt. J.W. Barnes, Asst. Supt at Orange C.H. has directed him to return the indentures of 5 colored children regularly bound to him by Capts Barnes & Clark.  The only able bodied one has been allowed to run at large by Capt Barnes, without an effort to return him - Thinks it unjust to be deprived of their services as he has complied with his part of the contract in every particular
