Va. 3d Vol. 1866 Prince William Co Va July 23d 1866 Edmund Berkley a resident of Prince Wm Co Va States that having been pardoned by the Pres of the US States and having complied with all the requirements of such pardon,_ Asks that the farm on which he resided called the Evergreen Farm & located in Prince William Co Va be restored to him Restored by S.O. 116 par I dated 30th July 1866. Bureau R.F.&A.L. Off. A. Supt. Prince Wm Co. July 23" 1866. Respectfully forwarded to Maj W. R. Morse Supt 4" Va Disct with accompanying papers.
